PRODUCTION - A RELIABLE, SOLID AND DURABLE MACHINE With Franco, Simone, Thomas and Luigi we enter the final stages of our company’s production cycle. All the machines are coated with the traditional “Berti orange” paint (a special and exclusive shade of colour that has been a distinguishing feature of our products for over 25 years), are equipped with the various accessories, corporate labels and conformity documents in accordance with EC standards. Finally, the product undergoes another rigorous check, commissioning and is then packed for dispatch, using shrink-wrap material to protect the machine from shocks and other possible sources of damage. Synergy and precision allow us to reduce errors to a minimum. The final result is our real business card: a reliable, solid and durable machine whose high tech features are still closely related to the skills of the people that make them possible. Specialised personnel, used to always devoting maximum attention to every action, and a low staff turnover are among the most important strengths of the manufacturing department. PRODUKTION - EINE ZUVERLÄSSIGE, SOLIDE UND LANGLEBIGE MASCHINE Mit Franco, Simone, Thomas und Luigi kommen wir zur letzten Phase des Produktionszyklus unserer Firma. alle Maschinen werden im klassischen „Berti-Orange“ lackiert (ein spezieller und exklusiver Farbton, der unsere Produkte seit mehr als 20 Jahren charakterisiert). Sie sind verschiedenem Zubehör, mit Firmenaufklebern und Unterlagen ausgestattet, welche ihre Konformität mit den geltenden CE-Normen beständigen. Hiernach wird eine neue und rigorose Kontrolle, die folgenden Abnahme und als Letztes die Verpackung vor dem Versand vorgenommen. Als Verpackung wird Schrumpffolie verwendet zum Schutz der Gerätschaften vor Schlägen, Wetterschäden oder anderen mögliche Beschädigungen. Synergie und Präzision erlauben es die Fehler zu minimieren. Das Endergebnis ist unsere wahre Visitenkarte: eine zuverlässige, solide und langlebige Maschine, deren hohe Technologie noch mehr mit der Kompetenz der Menschen zu tun hat, welche diese ermöglichen.
