Il residuo della potatura rilasciato sul posto e non asportato costituisce un intralcio per il passaggio sia degli operatori che delle macchine e una potenziale fonte di diffusione per molte temibili patologie che colpiscono il legno delle colture. La gestione del residuo di potatura rappresenta da sempre un onere per l’agricoltore perché, fino ad oggi, si dimostra difficile poter disporre di tecniche e tecnologie che gli consentano di valorizzare questo sottoprodotto. Sulla base delle precedenti considerazioni, BERTI ha studiato delle attrezzature innovative che possono essere destinate alla raccolta e alla contestuale trinciatura dei residui di potatura con il minimo impiego di manodopera e utilizzando il minor tempo possibile. La caratteristica saliente che contraddistingue queste macchine dalle altre trincia-raccoglitrici, rotoimballatrici, raccoglimballatrici è la presenza di un “apparato trinciante” specializzato nella raccolta della biomassa prodotta dalle potature. In questo modo l’azione di raccolta può avvenire senza compromettere la qualità della cotica erbosa selezionando con accuratezza le tipologie del materiale in ingresso. La separazione dell’azione di raccolta da quella della trinciatura ha, inoltre, permesso di sviluppare un organo progettato per svolgere in modo idoneo solo tale funzione all’interno di una camera separata. La possibilità di poter offrire diverse soluzioni permette all’operatore di poter scegliere l’attrezzo più utile al suo impiego senza essere vincolato ad un solo modello e di non provvedere, in un secondo tempo, al recupero dei sacconi o rotoballe lungo i filari con l’impiego di altri operatori e di altri mezzi agricoli, perché il contenitore è in grado di rovesciare direttamente il prodotto raccolto nei rimorchi sempre e solo utilizzando un unico operatore. Management of pruning residue has always represented a burden for the farmer because, up until now, it has been difficult to be able to provide techniques and technologies which allow him to exploit this subproduct. Keeping in mind the preceding considerations, BERTI has designed innovative devices for gathering and mulching pruning residue with minimum labour and in the least time possible. The main feature which distinguishes these machines from other pick-up-mulching devices, round balers and baling machines, is the presence of an “mulching device” specialized in gathering the biomass produced by pruning. In this way, the pick-up can be carried out without jeopardizing the quality of the grass turf, selecting the type of infeeding material accurately. Separation of pick-up from mulching has also allowed us to develop an organ designed to perform this function suitably inside of a separate chamber. The possibility of offering different solutions allows the operator to be able to choose the most useful device without being forced to use only one model. And then he does not have to go and recover bags or round bales along the rows at a second moment, using other workers and agricultural vehicles, since the container is able to empty the product picked up directly into the trailers, always engaging just one operator. Das entscheidende Merkmal, das diese Maschinen von anderen Häcksel- und Siliermaschinen, Rundballenpressen und Sammelpressen unterscheidet, ist ein spezielles „Mulchapparat“ für die Aufnahme der Biomasse, die aus dem Gehölzschnitt erzeugt wird.
